Maxine is a Registered Nutritionist who supports women aged 30–55 who feel stuck in the cycle of dieting and starting over. She helps women lose weight in a way that feels realistic and sustainable, fitting around busy lives rather than disrupting them.

 

Combining evidence-based nutrition with simple, practical habit changes, Maxine focuses on building confidence, understanding patterns around food, and creating results that last — without restriction or extremes.
