Hi,

My interest in nutrition started from a pretty personal place. A few years ago I developed severe issues with my back and didn't want to rely on painkillers indefinitely, so I started looking into how food and lifestyle could help instead. It sparked something I wanted to properly understand the science behind it, which led me to study nutrition and eventually qualify as a Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (AfN).

The more I learned, the more I wanted to go deeper particularly around how nutrition intersects with health conditions and the medical side of things. That's why I'm currently completing an MSc in Dietetics, so I can bring a more clinical level of understanding to the women I support.

I work with women aged 30 to 55 who are tired of the dieting cycle, who've tried before but can't make it stick. My approach is practical and realistic. We look at your habits, your patterns, and your life as it actually is, and build something that genuinely works for you not a plan that falls apart the moment things get busy.

When I'm not working or studying you'll probably find me with my dog (Poopy), or on a walk, the most reliable way I've found to clear my head and reset. I'm 36, I'm still learning every single day, and I genuinely love what I do.
