Whats Included

This is a structured coaching programme designed to help you build consistency with your nutrition and create sustainable habits that fit into your lifestyle. Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed health, lifestyle and nutrition questionnaire so your plan is tailored specifically to you. From there, we focus on identifying what’s currently holding you back, where your habits need refining, and what will have the biggest impact on your progress. This isn’t about strict plans or quick fixes. It’s a personalised, realistic approach to help you feel more in control of your eating, improve your energy, and build habits you can maintain long term. You’ll receive: Ongoing coaching and accountability starting with a 60 minute consultation Regular check ins to keep you on track and progressing (2 x 30 minutes consultations per month) Whatsapp support Personalised nutrition guidance tailored to your goals Support with meal structure, hunger and energy regulation Practical habit and lifestyle strategies Outcome You’ll develop a more consistent, structured approach to your nutrition, with habits that feel manageable and sustainable.
